Modern SFTP transport

SFTP over SSH-2 with SHA-2 host keys, AES-256-CBC/CTR ciphers, HMAC-SHA2-256/512 MACs, and ECDH-SHA2-NISTP256/384/521 key exchange. FTPS available as a fallback option. Plain FTP is disabled by default. Per-domain cipher, MAC, and key-exchange scoping available on request.
