Problems Running the Control Panel

Sometimes offices and corporate firewalls cause trouble when trying to view certain pages on the Internet due to firewalls. In order to circumvent this problem, the programming team at IQ Storage has created a means to access these pages. Please note that if you get a message saying log-in failed when trying to log in, the problem is that your password is incorrect, or that your FTP Control Panel has not yet been set up by customer service. In that case, please contact customer service to get your control panel set up.
